| Elizabeth Brim
received her MFA from the University of Georgia
and moved to Penland, North Carolina ten years ago
to dedicate herself to pursuing a personal career
in art while improving the condition of the Iron
Studio at Penland School of Craft. She has been
making narrative, life-size sculptures since 1988
that have feminine themes as a result of the strong
influence of her mother and her grandmother. |
